FM 3180 & FM 2354 CORRIDOR (EAGLE DRIVE)

FM 3180In partnership with the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) for funding and development, TxDOT approved a series of construction projects along the FM 3180 & FM 2354 corridor from I-10 to the Fisher Road area in the Mont Belvieu, Baytown, and Beach City communities located in Chambers County. Some of these projects are under construction, while others are planned in the future.

The purpose of these roadway improvements is to reduce congestion, increase mobility and improve safety.

These projects do not require additional right of way or displacements.

CONSTRUCTION CONSIDERATIONS

TxDOT is committed to working with the public to minimize the environmental impact from construction projects as much as possible. Construction will be phased along this corridor due to funding constraints, and timing is subject to change.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

• Work hours while school is in session will be limited to between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
• Weekend work is allowed
• Night work is allowed; if required, nighttime hours will be defined as 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Sunday through Thursday night - lanes will be reopened by 5 a.m.
